1. Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery (Returns must be requested and received by our team with in 7 days of delivery. The return may get completely denied if against our policies). 20% restocking fees will be applies to returns. The item must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Clothing (excluding items marked as final sale)

  • Shoes

  • Accessories (only if unopened and unused)

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Sale/Discounted items (Final Sale)

  • Intimates, Swimwear, and Hosiery

  • Gift cards

  • Any personalized or custom items


2. How to Return

To return your item(s), follow these easy steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at kannababu.tankala@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once we receive your request, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions. Return shipping label will not be provided.

  3. Ship the Item:
    Pack your items securely, ensuring they are in the original condition with tags still attached. Include the RA number inside the package. You’ll need to cover return shipping costs.


3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are issued for the cost of the item only, not including original shipping fees or taxes.

  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund after the product has been returned. Be sure to include photos of the damage or incorrect item when contacting us.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
